DAY 01: DARJEELING - PHUENTSHOLING
Arrive Phuentsholing (From the Indian region of Darjeeling, Gangtok and Kalimpong it is possible to travel to Bhutan by road). O/N in Phuentsholing. (L/D)

 

DAY 02: PHUENTSHOLING - THIMPHU
This morning drive to Thimphu. Visit Kharbandi Gompa and lunch at Bunakha. O/N in Thimphu.  (B/L/D

 

DAY 03: SIGHTSEEING IN THIMPHU
Sightseeing at Memorial Chorten, National Library, Nuns Monastery, Changlimithang Monastery,
Indegenous Hospital. Lunch at Hotel. After lunch at leisure. At 5 P.M. you will visit the Tashichdzong (Thimphu Dzong). O/N in Thimphu. (B/L/D)

 

DAY 04: THIMPHU - PUNKHA DZONG
3 hour drive to Punkha across the Dochula Pass. Light refreshment will be served at Dochula Cafe.
Lunch at Hotel. After lunch visit the Punkha Dzong. O/N in Punkha Dzong. (B/L/D)

 

DAY 05: PUNKHA DZONG - THIMPHU
In the morning drive 3 hour to Gantay Gompa. Pack lunch will be served. After lunch drive back to Thimphu. O/N in Thimphu (B/L/D)

 

DAY 06: THIMPHU - PARO
Morning proceed for Paro, enrooted visit Simtokha Dzong. After lunch visit Kyichu Lhakhang, Ta-Dzong (National Museum), Rinpung Dzong and Paro's market. O/N in Paro. (B/L/D)

 

DAY 07: PARO
After breakfast, visit Drukgyel Dzong and take full day excursion to view the Taktsang (Tiger's Nest) monastery. O/N in Paro. (B/L/D)

 

DAY 08: PARO - KATHMANDU
Depart ParoTransfer to the airport for your onward flight from Bhutan. (B)
